GAZYVA® (obinutuzumab) is a prescription medication that treats previously untreated follicular lymphoma (FL), relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (R/R FL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and active lupus nephritis (LN). The proposed mechanism of action for GAZYVA involves targeting the CD20 antigen on B-cells, leading to immune-mediated B-cell lysis and direct induction of cell death.
